In order to successfully understand where your traffic on your blog is going and coming from then using a service such as PPC management from a reputable company . For example, to obtain Free Traffic a visitor can click on the link. You can experiment with the placement of different links to understand which ones may create a higher click through. You should track Unique IP addresses for 30 days, and after that your link will still redirect, but will track in the stats section. Try it free, and see what results you can obtain by some minor changes in your text based advertising.

Ford's Green Car

Applause to the Ford Motor Company for continuing to research alternative fuels for our automobiles. They are exploring new technology where one would plug in their car into a normal 110 volt outlet and within 5 hours have their car charged up and ready to go. Its pleasant to know that even in these tough times, a company as large as Ford with so much to lose is moving forward with what we really need. Find the FordStory and you will see what I am talking about. They are taking the energy from the brakes, it kinetic energy and using that to charge the battery. How exciting! Of course the challenge it as we all know is the cost of the batteries and their lifespan. They were getting over 70 miles to the gallon. Its just unheard of. This is the kind of forward progress we need. We should rally everyone to be the first to put such a product on the market to the let the world know that the USA is still on the map. Just think of the friends we could earn with Green power and for others, let them eat crow when they see we are more than a defensive superpower. Instead, we are an educational superpower who knows how to put green technology in the hands of everyone!

  • Getting connected

More people are adding broadband to their homes which has increased the use of home PCs for more applications like downloading movies and watching TV over the internet. There are multiple providers and you should shop around as you will find different services that may be just right for your situation. For those that do not have cable service or are tired of the DSL land line service then you may want to consider HUGHES NET for your satellite provider. Sometimes your bandwidth can suffer due to poor performance of your PC and you may not be realizing the full potential of your high speed connection. For Windows XP users there is a little trick that you can do to help increase your broadband speed. PLease do not attempt this if you are not familiar with making changes to your system.

For a cheap broadband deal check out Hughes Net where you can get a cut your phone cord to the internet and see speeds up to 50X faster. As of this post the folks at Hughesnet were offering Free standard installation and $100 back by mail in rebate. This satellite service is backed by their 30 day money back guarantee as well to make sure that your purchase is what you need. You can find a list of FAQ’s on their site to answer most of your questions like “Can I use my existing Direct TV satellite to receive Hughes Internet service?” The answer is no because the signal that they each receive is different and contain different priorities. This has it’s advantages in that if your TV goes out you will still be able to have internet. This is something that we have heard some cable customers dislike that when their cable goes down they are left without internet as well.

  • HD Radio

Well after 50 years of Fm comes a great new innovation, HD Radio. Now we can enjoy great music without the hiss and being dropped off when listening to our favorite local radio stations in HD. The reception is free and there is no subscription to pay. Many of work out of cars and the radio is what saves us from so much windshield time. This is not a satellite radio, rather its an antenna based system so we fully enjoy our listening experience. Now you can find the best equipment at hdradio.com who is selling the Jensen JiMS 525i which is a HD radio system with iPod and iPhone docking station. This is amazing product that gets you the HD clarity in radio and again, no subscription fees! Plus, you must start song tagging where you can tag songs over the radio where it is tagged on your ipod, then dowload it onto your playlist and buy it. Its just amazing where technology has taken us. Analog is on the way out and digital is in, hence reducing static and making a clear radio sound. I really like the hdradio.com site too, with tabs to educational pages to learn how the technology works, a buyers guide, a station guide and product reviews from Cnet and others. I cant wait to get my order in!

    Online Backup

My family seems to keep running our of computer storage space due to the large number of photographs we take of the family. Plus, we have multiple small business files that we need to keep safe. On great resource to keep this data secure and backed up is through the use of online backup from idrive.com. They offer 2GB of free back up right now to get you started. But if you are like me, that is not nearly enough. For a small fee of $4.95 a month, you can get 150GB on online storage. What a great deal. There service is compatible with both the PC and the MAC, and they have received multiple awards from PC World and PC pro among others. What really makes idrive.com so nice is their time machine like storage system update where they restore as a point of time. Plus they have now an update for the iPhone. I really like the spread on the website itself, making it easy to navigate and shop for just the service you need in backing up your system. Plus, they have a very nice customer service hot line to call. As you know, one of my favorite pages anyone can do is that one reserved for testimonials. I appreciate how these guys publish good objective feedback we can use in making our decision to buy from them and get you learn how this service has helped so many. When looking into online backup, look into idrive.com

  • Web Hosting

One of the great struggles we all encounter while blogging is making sure we have found and are using the best in web host company available. They are not all alike. I went out shopping for the best site and came across webhostinggeeks.com They are just not a site with a list of hosting companies. Instead, they go to great length to make sure you make a very informed decision. My favorite page that walks you through the selection process. This page starts by assessing your needs, the rate you need, technical help, Data Transfer, scripts and pages needed and control panel. I strongly urge you to read through each detailed paragraph. Next, you can review the Best sites in Hosting for such things as Best Budget, Best Blog, Best Windows, Best Unix. Then you can review the Top 15 Free Domain Name sites and then free Google and Yahoo marketing. This is a true one stop shop for finding the best in Web Hosting which always needs to be tailored to your needs. You will really like their articles in for topics in How to Make Money in web hosting to Dedicated Servers for Ecommerce. Plus, I am always critical on web sites themselves, and at webhostinggeeks.com I found a very nice, clean and easy site to navigate with only a few ads that do not hang or get in the way. You must try out this site!

In the changing technology of mobile technology you can find the latest updates at Tablet PC Reviews . They offer some great comparisons to the tablet PCs on the market and offer a graphical picture of how other users have ranked their table PC. Their forums are a great place to ask questions and get answers on the tablet. You can go into their forum and get questions answered on which would be the best Tablet PC to purchase based on your particular needs, and advice on specific models.

In purchasing a tablet pc you need to first think what will be it’s main purpose. Will it be used for individual use, or larger deployment. Do you need wireless capabilities? This is especially important if you access the web for your job, or need to be able to view company email. Battery life is a critical component of any mobile device, even more so for the tablet. Since most people are using them on the go, having a battery that is always needing recharged, can be very unproductive. Especially if using in a sales situation, where you are using it to give power point presentations, or run a Customer Relation Database. You don’t want your tablet pc running out of power when it is time to close the deal.

The company I currently work for has deployed the Tablet PC to our sales force which has been met with great enthusiasm. They are able to interact with their customers through mulitmedia presentations that have enhanced the sales dialogue. Their visual interface that is allows our sales people to show the story to the customer, has really helped the retain the message, and the sales people like it, because it gives them an edge over their competitors.

So before you make a purchase check out their review section and let those that already have experience with the different systems have to say.

  • Finding your next carrier

With advertising wars going on about who has the best coverage and the fastest networks it can be confusing for most consumers. Every ad that you see for the various wireless carriers such as AT&T, Verizon, and Sprint all claim to have the best coverage and the fastest 3G networks. For many it comes down to plans and equipment offered to help them make their decision. For that I would recommend Telbay.com where they specialize in offering various vendors in one location not only for wireless phones, but also VoIP, internet access, and satellite TV.
At Telbay they make it easy to shop and compare with all the hype and even help you find great deals on the various telecommunication packages. They even provide a rate calculator for their long distance services that can help see which plan would be most beneficial for your and your family.  All you have to do is enter in your zip and they will help match you up with local wireless carriers and show you the deals and rate plans that apply in your area. So before you start shopping for your next carrier I would recommend stopping by Telbay.com online and do your research and find some great bargains.

  • Inspirational Music

We just purchased my three young kids their first MP3 player, although they call it an iPod. Great branding by Apple! So they were asking me to put some music on their players so that they could listen to their new devices. I had forgotten that we had a CD from vacation bible school from the summer, and loaded some of those onto their MP3 players. I think they got more enjoyment out of those songs than those from Hilary Duff.

In the world of iPods and MP3 players wouldn’t it be nice to have some inspirational music to listen too. You can now get MP3 downloads, where you can even use PayPal to pay for the tunes at GET a FREE Download and Discover This brand new site just launched and caters to those looking for alternative to main stream audio with an inspirational appeal. Check them out today, as the season for giving and sharing is here.

  • Where did the buttons go?

In a new technology being deployed in newer elevators there are no more buttons. SO who do you get to the 21st floor you make ask. You enter that on a keypad in the lobby, and then when the correct elevator arrives, you hoping and it will take more of a direct route to the floor you have requested. This leaves alot of us confused because when you first enter one, thinking that you will just select destination, there are no buttons to select, and you are now at the mercy of the elevator. Called destination elevators, meant to speed up travel in the elevators, may leave alot of us taking to the stairs. This type of technology, while it may have it’s advantages, will require a total shift in our paradigm on how we use a common mode of transportation.

  • My Fitness Pal

Just found a web site that will help all we our eating habits, dieting and overall nutrition for our familes.  This is a free web site that will never ask for your credit card and has all kinds of resources you need to maintain a great body. The best thing I saw was the free calorie counter”>free calorie counter! This handy tool allows you to enter the type of exercise your performed from their extensive list of common and some rare exercises. I clicked on “W” and found water polo, white water rafting along with walking. But they go further and include, walking up hill downhill, two miles, three miles etc.

Another resource they have allows you find the content of common foods. I put in french fries and a list of 10 different types appeared to choose from. It included McDonalds, Frozen fries, shake and bake etc. Then in the window next to it you find the “calories in my food” itemized list, including total calories, fat and total carbs. If you join, which is all of your email and password which is never sold or rented, then you can keep track of your exercies meals etc. There are Google ads, but they are put in a nice to read and not where you can accidentally click on them.

Overall, this is a very professional web site which will help us make better food choices and lose weight the healthy way.
